RAILWAYS related help needed: If I want to travel by Indian Railways and want to pay for a berth for my child even though my child is under 5, can I do that? How do I book a ticket on IRCTC? Should I came my child's age to be above the limit below which children travel for free but don't get a berth of their own? ( I would like to take the legal route if possible, but I'm not opposed to bending the rules if the system can't cope with outliers.)
