RAILWAYS related help needed: If I want to travel by Indian Railways and want to pay for a berth for my child even though my child is under 5, can I do that? How do I book a ticket on IRCTC? Should I came my child's age to be above the limit below which children travel for free but don't get a berth of their own? ( I would like to take the legal route if possible, but I'm not opposed to bending the rules if the system can't cope with outliers.)

I need to find a few of these really bouncy hard rubber balls (the size of ping pong balls) that used to be available in any 'fancy stores' kind of shop in the 90s. Apparently, nobody stocks them anymore. Not big toy stores like Sapphire and not the smaller gift shops. I've asked all over Jayanagar. Please PMIT with shops (preferably near South Bangalore) where you KNOW these hard bouncy rubber balls are available.
