I suffer from cough almost throughout the year. I have even consulted the docs and as per them there is nothing to be done about it. I have to stay on meds throughout my life which I seriously don't want. Due to cold I get a lot of phlegm. Is there any proper phlegm disposal kit which I can carry with me coz I don't like spitting here and there and its tough to find dustbins everywhere.
