Hi, I need some advice. I got into an accident last saturday at Banjara Hills. A white swift hit my car from the right at a junction. The driver got down and started getting into a fight with me, i did not want to get into a brawl with him since my mother was with me in the car and i did not want to create a traffic congestion. I started driving away despite the damage, the car chased me and stopped me in another 300 meters. Other people on the road took my side, and the driver had to back off. Today, i get a call from Banjara Hills police station saying the car belongs to a district judge and that a complaint has been filed against me. They took my address, asked why i did not file a complaint and told me that i need to come to the police station when they call me. I am clueless about what to do now. What is the best course of action ? I gave my vehicle for repair and have already lost money to this incident. I have taken picture of both my right doors that have been damaged, and there was also a traffic police standing at the junction who saw this incident. Any suggestions regarding what i should do next are appreciated. Thanks in advance.
