I am looking for an used car ,I came across a Chevrolet Optra 2004 model ,the odo meter shows as 27456 kms ,surprised as to how a car can run so less in 10 yrs ,someone PMIT ,does the odometer reading on crossing 1,00,000 km goes back to zero or ccan a digital meter be tampered with to show such a reduced reading.
