I have been using Vodaphone's POSTPAID service and its been 5-6 months. I opted for postpaid to prepaid conversion from Vodaphone Double Rd Store, its been a month and been there 5 times still nothing happened. These guys have passed limits of dissatisfaction. Pls help how do I proceed where do I complain.
