Hi All, We are three friends(7+ years exp) all working in three different companies spread across India. We came in touch with an investor and he was so impressed by one of our ideas that he decided to fully invest in it. We opened a partnership firm in our names in India and signed a teaming agreement with his company based out of Texas.Our firm is running smoothly and we are slowly making profits Due to our commitments we cannot leave our current job atleast for the next 2 years. We dont find it difficult to manage both the works as we are experts in what we do. Our concerns are the following 1) Working for 2 differents companies at the same time. 2) When we file our IT would we be in trouble. 3) Is there anything else I am missing Are we putting ourselves in trouble ?
