Guys my neighbours are not taking good care of the two street dogs they have kept at home. Could you please connect me to some active animal rights activists who can come over and speak to my neighbours? I don't know their language completely. They speak kannada. I have spoken so many times but the condition of the brown dog is deteriorating day by day. The other one looks sick as well. Please help!
