Folks. .need some help...We have shortlisted a property. ...The titles are clear the plans have been sanctioned by bbmp but the owner and builder haven't got a commencement certificate from bbmp. ..my lawyer has advised me against going ahead. .would this be a really big concern if in case we go go ahead. .how would it impact us in the future. ..appreciate your help thanks a ton
