Hi all, I have a PPF account in Mumbai, and I have sifted to bangalore. I want to withdraw some amount from my PPF , but the SBI guy here says u have to fill up the form in Mumbai and create a SB account in SBI to get it credited. Its impossible for me to go to Mumbai now and I need that money on urgent basis. Can I sign the form and courier it to my relative and they can get the amount.Is there any other way other than opening an SB account, to get the money.
