A graphic designer friend of mine is looking to start a poster selling business. Something on the lines of postergully. He wants to know what is the issue with copyright images. If he hires designers, who for example use a Lionel Messi image and create an artwork out of it, is it a breach of copyright? If yes, how do hundreds of designers sell their designs on postergully (which are not sketched or illustrated art for example) that use such images. Any help will be really appreciated.
