Hi all Got a message from Spice Jet stating that the flight which i was supposed travel from has been cancelled due to some unkown reasons. The customer care officials are suggesting me to opt for the flights whose timings(to the extent of changing the travel day which i cannot due to urgency) are nowhere closer to my travel timings and that the seats are already full in the flights which they are operating at the similar timings. Also i cannot opt for the refund option as the ticket prices of other carriers have doubled up. Any idea how to escalate this issue to their higher officials or alternative if any ? TIA Tanu
