Hello Everyone,This is on behalf of my sister who has completed her BSC(FAD) in 2013 from VHD college Bangalore ,But when she went to the college to apply for the convocation The college authorities don't have any knowledge of when it will be issued. Now it has been a year still they don't have knowledge about it.This shows the negligence of the college authorities. Please help me getting the convocation certificate so that she can apply for the job
