I am a bit of dilemma here! I work in EGL and there is a service road from Challaghatta to Old Madras road.. It was heavy rain today and it was completely black. There was a cyclist coming from opposite direction without reflectors, lights or any florescent clothes. I was on my scooter and I saw a Nissan Sunny KA03MQ**** on a possible joyride in this weather at breakneck speed and that vehicle hit that cycle guy so hard that I could see two things flying in the air to the airport compound. I was shocked to see the vehicle accelerate even harder when he came to know he has hit someone. I had a look at the person it this heavy rain and I see him rising back to his feet. I tried to follow this guy but it was a car and I cannot fly hard as it is a scooter, but I wanted to get his car number and finally I was reciting this car number all the way back home. I dont know whom to blame. The government who did not put any street lights, the cylist who do not wear anything to make himself visible or the car driver who did not stop. I am not sure what I can do about it. I am not a local guy and I do not want to be harassed by anyone but I don't want to be a coward to hide it as well.
