Hi Freelancers, **URGENT**Please help if you have any idea on this. I need to pay to people who are working for me in Bangladesh,Philippines, Sri Lanka. Looking for a solution which is reliable and feasible to PAY to people on regular basis from INDIA to there countries. I have contacted few banks but the commission they are asking is too high. HDFC says its minimum fee would be 9 $ for sending any amount.Sending 100$ with 9$ as fee does not looks feasible to me. SBI is also asking for a high fee.Please help if you know any bank which takes around 2-4 $ of fee or some percentage of the amount.AND after all this there conversion rate would be again added for converting the currencies. ODESK and FREELANCE websites for paying them are out of topic because they ask for around 10% of the fee which is way too high. Paypal,Western Union says RBI does not allow outward remittance from India to Srilanka or Bangladesh. [NOTE: I may be not 100% aware of all the options in this section,let me know if i missed out any options]. Thanks a lot for reading patiently,am sure it will help others also. Regards, Abhay
