Hi Guys, I am trying to create an online platform similar to JustDial and Sulekha... but not on the model of lead generation, but more like free directory service like yellow pages or telephone directory. Can I use the information like Name, Addresses and other business related information of the businesses on my site without their consent or approval? I think I should be able to, as the business information is publicly available through various channels and I can always find the information manually. What is the legal take on this? Am I approaching it correctly? TIA!
