Hi All , I am looking for a semifurnished 1BHK/2BHK flat or individual house( with 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler Parking) at B Narayanpura or Mahadevpura. Ideal location would be behind Nagarjuna Maple heights near to Maple Bear Canadian pre school. Following are my reasonable requirements: 1) Walkable distance from Outer Ring Road.(Around 1Km) 2) We are a couple with 4 years old Kid and we do eat Non-veg. 3) Need the house from Mid May and will be staying for 6-8 Months maximum. 4) If the house is newly painted , I will get it painted with the same quality when I vacate the house. 5) Reasonable rent and deposit (via check or online transaction). 6) We are a calm and peace loving family and expect the house owner also to be same( So greedy owners, please keep away) 7) Above all we do take good care of the house.
