I need some advice - On two occasions (last night being occasion no. 2) our dogs have been violently attacked by our neighbour's savage and always angry Rottweliers. Both times it has been because of the carelessness of the caretaker. My dogs have survived (one undergoing treatment even as I type this message), but after a lot of trauma, loss of blood, pain and fat bills to get them better. What can and should be done in such a circumstance? Should such brutal dogs be kept in a neighbourhood? Can we endanger not only our pets but our children who play on the road? Can someone please tell me what I can do.
