This is now critical. Sometime earlier today, this fellow got stuck in this manner in Ahmedabad. Was helped by a cleaner, but that guy didn't notify anyone else. About 2 hours ago, the stuck fellow started crying. Calls have been made to various animal rescue centres but they're lazy, or don't care. Has been fed some water through a cotton ball. Tried prodding and urging, but remains stuck. Have applied some oil to wet surface and its skin, but that didn't help. Will certainly die of exhaustion, fear, panic, or a dog will bite its head off. Please help if you can. This is close to Paldi, Ahmedabad.
