There has been a poor man, who looks around 40 years old, with a bandage around his head, hanging around near my parents' house in Kalyananagar for the last 3-4 days. He doesn't beg, nor is he drunk. He just looks hunched and sleeps or sits around on the footpath all day. Its a really sad sight. Does anyone know of any place or organisation that I could call and ask them to take him? He might need treatment. Not looking for suggestions about giving him food or clothes. If someone could let me know whom I could call, I'll be very grateful. Thanks.
