Hey... One of my friend having a score of 305.5/340 in GRE, toefl score:-99. CGPA- 7.02/10, work ex- 4 yrs, decent LORs and SOP in electrical engineering field from NIT (REC) SILCHAR. Can anyone having an idea to avail scholarship/ sponsorship for MS or some other medium to get a minimum scholarship in other colleges?
