Need a quick help....my domestic help is going through depression and her condition seems to worsen...even I tried counselling her but not of much use. She cant afford expensive medical treatment. Can any one suggest a good psychiatrist who could help her around hal , indiranagar or marathalli .she speaks only kannada. Any leads would be of great help. Thank you.
