Is it possible to get the duplicate RC from an RTO in Bangalore for non KA vehicles without having to get it from the RTO it was registered? Googled it as well but the only lead i could get was - if the car's registration has been transferred to Karnataka then it might be possible. Its been in Karnataka for a couple of months only and to pay road tax they require the original rc. Wanted to check if there was another way?
