I've got some questions, pls help. 1) I will be approaching VC/Angle Investors after 3 months of website launch for Seed funding, so do i have an option of registering my business 1 month prior to approaching VC/Angles or from the first month itself i must register Private Ltd company to show them business records? 2) On what parameters VC/Angels will test my startup will get seed funding? 3) Is it a good option to do business without registering and using payumoney gateway for payments? 4) What all things i must concentrate on, in the first month of my business launch, so that i might get funding? by Akshay Kusmade
