hello.PMITIANS..need yr help... i am going to buy a 2nd hand bike in bangalore having Maharastra registration..so is it necessary to change the registration to karnataka number or i shall not worry for that and pls guide me to the various paper works procedure during purchasing the bike like NOC, ownership transfer etc and if i pay the life time road tax then is it necessary to change the registration number or not...pls guys its really urgent
