Has anyone used Tikona Broadband in Toobarahalli area near Kundanahalli. If yes, how is the service? I am looking for a 4Mbps plan. Are the actual speeds close to the promised numbers? And finally the last question- Is there any installation charge? P.S- Airtel is only offering 2 Mbps at my place. TIA
