Any stores in bangalore where I can get winter wears to withstand -1 degree C. I checked brands like NIke/Puma/Woodland on Indranagar 100ft road but they did not have much options and the ones that were available were not made to withstand minus temp. . Also, could anyone ( with prior exp) suggest if quilted jackets can be used and if yes what kinds. TIA!!
